What happens to my package if I am not available to receive at the registered address?
IBC’s standard delivery service is to deliver free of charge to your office/home address. IBC will make two (2) attempts to deliver your packages between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. If no one is available to receive your packages, a note will be left to advise you of a failed delivery attempt. Your packages will then be brought back to IBC’s facility where you may collect or make arrangements to have the packages redelivered.
Redeliver fee is $35.00 TT
There is no charge to collect however there will be a storage fees of $10.00 TT for EACH day per shipment until collected.

What are the business hours in Miami?
Miami opening hours are Mondays to Fridays 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, except Public Holidays
Can I ship Hazardous Items?
Hazardous items can be shipped however please note that hazardous charges may apply.
Can I, family members or friends drop off packages to the US Address?
Our Miami office is open to customers and family members for drop offs.
Can you facilitate larger packages?
Yes we can, we ship any size. We also ship LCL cargo and Full Containers.
Do you consolidate packages
Yes we consolidate shipments in excess of 25lbs total. The service is on request only and at an additional cost.
Do you offer insurance packages?
SeaBox does not offer insurance on shipments. If needed, the customer would be required to secure same, and may contact their preferred insurance agent to enquire further on marine insurance and if needed purchase coverage for same. Additionally, SeaBox recommends Crating on all Fragile items, including Glass, TV’s, Ceramics, Chinaware and other easily breakable items.
SeaBox will in no event be liable for any loss, damage, expense or delay of the goods resulting from the negligence or other fault of the Company for any amount, either the full invoice value, or any partial loss or damage that may have occurred in the handling and export transportation process (Crated or Not).
